Anyone else having trouble with BAB rewards??
« on: July 21, 2014, 12:27:35 PM »
For some reason my stuff fur stuff account has gone crazy? Is this happening to anyone else. I have never had any trouble logging in before...I went to BAB yesterday and bought an outfit and when the girl scanned my card she said none of my info was on there....? which was strange because I have had this account for a long time and they have all my information. So she added the info and said everything was fine...

Well when I got home I tried logging into my account and it keeps saying I have multiple accounts to my email address so to use my stuff fur stuff number....but then when I use my account number it tells me that my password is no longer valid and I need to reset it...but then when I try to reset it....it asks me to provide my name, zip code, and stuff fur stuff #.....but then when I do that it says the account number isn't valid!!!!

So basically I can't do anything........I called customer service and they told me there is only one account to my name and there should be no reason why I can't sign in. She said she saved my zip code to my account and that I should try to access it again in 24 hours.. but it makes no sense why my zip wasn't there and she could give me no explanation. I use this account all the time with no problem! Is it possible that the girl at my local BAB somehow messed up my account??

Please help.....any ideas....or anyone been through this???

Yup. My points haven't updated to reflect my last shopping trip, but the date of my last shopping trip is there.

I think they are having a lot of issues since they redid the rewards program. I STILL havent gotten my $10 cert yet. GRRRR

I think they process the points at a set date every month - or at least they do here.

It's fun trying to log in here. The "Log into your Stuff for Stuff" account link on the UK website redirects me to the US website...which then yells at me for entering UK details and redirects me back to the UK login page, which oddly works on the second attempt. Oh and the dates on My Account view are all in the American format, too, which is darn confusing :shakefist:. And, I still think it's a shame I never got a card because I signed up online, especially as it makes using it in-store take longer as the person has to look up my details and confirm the right address and person rather than just...scan the card...
Idly searching for: loose, good condition G4 Blossomforth, Starbeam Twinkle, Plumsweet. TTM Celestia doll's wings Within UK or EU only, please.
Will also take in Pretty Pony Club (UK magazine) fakies.

Ohhhhhhh Build A Bear......................I don't understand why they can't get their online site under control. They have so many issues...I think they need to hire some new people to figure out how to run their site. I just hope this doesn't affect my reward certificate I am supposed to get next month :(

I am planning on getting a turtle friend for Cotton-tello next month
