Do you sometimes feel uncomfortable when you recieve compliments?

Complements?  Gosh I can't think of the last time I got one in person. Don't know how to respond to them besides with a grunt back. Now, I am a pro at giving them...

Not really,  I actually think the biggest thing people have trouble with is taking criticism. We've all become so big on sugar coating things that sometimes people I think are over complimented.  I've seen this a lot with grading (of course those are children), but I've also tutored college students and had horrible reactions to criticism.

I like to give people complement/constructive criticism sandwiches. I try to make sure and tell them things that they did that were awesome but also hit the high points of issues. When it comes to people doing that for me I usually just want to here what I need to fix. I'm a big perfectionist.
