Intro from GloomyGirl

Hello to all.
I am obviously new to this site and I am also fairly new to following My Little Pony although I have been a toy fan and collector for quite some time. My daughter who is 2 actually got me into the show and since then I have been hooked. I had been collecting Lalaloopsy for quite a few years and was really starting to get bored with it and I am really excited to have something new that I can get into. I also find this much more satisfying because I enjoy watching the show where as with Lala's I only liked the toys and not the show. At the moment I have latched onto the Funko vinyls......and I am on a personal mission to score a glitter pony!! My favorite pony out of the main 6 would have to be Rarity....but I like a lot of the characters including Luna, Shining Armor, Twilight, Fluttershy, Big Mac, and Dr Whooves. I am glad I found this site and I am excited to learn more about My Little Pony and all its history.

No....surprisingly I never had any ponies that I remember.....but I grew up with 3 brothers so I was always trying to keep up with them. I remember having polly pockets, fairy winkles, treasure trolls, tons of lion king stuff, tons of teddy bears, but somehow I missed out on My Little Pony!!

Welcome to the Arena! Thats lovely that you can share your pony and collecting interests with your little girl. I do love Lalas but ponies are of course the cutest for me :) I hope you have fun here.
