still thinking they are related to the current comic story arc.

LOL
no it's about an alternate universe thing, where there are mean copies of the ponies and they show evil Celestia and Luna with socks.

-_-  Uh.... the new head mold for the shorter princesses is bad and I'm glad this Twilight doesn't have it.... but she just looks absolutely ridiculous. What's with the crazy eyeliner? She's just.. weird. If she had that weird, fat funky shaped head as well, she'd be beyond saving......

There's a new head mold for the princesses? Do you have a pic of it or a comparison? I didn't know that, or.. maybe I did hear? Who has a new head mold? Are they just rounder with a seam on the cheek like they did with the regular ponies? I was actually thinking this Twilight looked a little different but chalked it up to it maybe being the angle of the photo or the eyeshadow throwing me off. The nose looks pointier or something.

I thought this one had a new mould as well. Her nose looks more tilted than in previous releases.
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi

There is a new head mold, but I don't have a picture.... They started with the second favorites collection from TRU. The Cadence in that set has this new, weird shaped head. The nose is messed up, and the eyes are really far apart. I could hardly stand to look at her, she looked SO OFF. It was kind of creepy..... I used her wings to customize my Twilight into a Princess Twilight and tossed her. I just needed her gone.... XD I know it sounds extreme, but she was really that unsettling to me. It's harder to get the feeling of its creepy factor with just a profile.

Huh..... really? That's weird. Because mine was really different. Like, I opened it and noticed something off right away. So I checked it out and compared them, and she was plainly different.
