Perhaps you might suggest a different solution and suggest they visit "The My Little Pony Preservation Project" website? That way it still looks like you're trying to make this person happy without giving in to an obvious dig for a discount on an already (in my opinion) good deal to begin with? I always try to find alternative solutions to benefit  both parties involved...that way they at least can't say you weren't helpful
