Buffy, you can see that the plugs on your are linked through each other, not just pushed through and left as loops. Nhal's one has the little un-linked loops left by a rehairing tool.

Hmmm...I think your Blosscotch's hair looks like Nhal's Butterscotch more than her Blosscotch...I'm just on a tiny Blackberry screen, but i think there's what kind of looks like a braid in your pony's head in both rows, like this <<<<< where hers looks like this \\\\\
I think she's still ovely, but I agree with the quote PKW gave...as a rehair I'd probably go no more than $40, even if it iIS fantastic
I got taken by an arena member as a newbie here, and while I thought it was an honest mistake when I discovered it a couple of months ago, I'm of the opposite opinion now that I've had time and other people's issues about the same seller...I don't think this is at all the case here. This pony has probably fooled a LOT of people over the years...it should actually be held up as an example of what rehairers should strive for if they want perfection! *but also a good arguement to ALWAYS mark a rehair, whether you plan on selling it or not*

Anyhow we have worked out a nice solution, we both had exactly the same idea so its worked out well, thanks for the help and pc's guys!
Seashell it would be lovely if all rehairs had marked feet but I think its a bit of a dream as most people will never mark a pony, I think if the head is loose it just pays to pop it off to make sure its all ok in the inside.

Agreed. Unfortunately I didn't do that when I got my rehaired pony...and it was a HORRIBLE job! The tail had actually been taped inside the body...she wasn't a cheap girl, either but i still love her and that's really what matters. There's no way I'd ever be able to sell her for anywhere close to what I paid...probably not even half. But it's a lesson well learned!
