Need Assistance

I found this girl at GoodWill today, along with a couple display boxes (Squeee!). She is in great condition except for her hair.
First question - What is her name?
Second question - How do you recommend fixing hair with tinsel? I would like to avoid taking her head off if possible.

Looks like an easy fix: shampoo & condition.  While there's conditioner in the hair, gently comb through and tangles/ kinked tinsel.  Rinse.  Use your fingers to squeeze out excess water and flatten mane while curving it around the neck to dry.  Allow to air dry.  Gently brush when dry.

I've never washed a ponies hair before. We'll see what happens!

Haha me and your pony shared the same hair style this morning!  Congrats!  She's a really pretty pony and at such a great price too!
Cleaning up ponies is really fun and therapeutic.  I love that feeling I get when I spruce a box of mangy looking ponies and they come out looking almost mint. <3

She looks fantastic! Congrats on finding her and for such a great price. If you are still worried about her tinsel then with enough conditioner and a low enough heat, you can still tame tinsel with a flat iron.
