I've sold mine for $9 after having a PC in the Corral

Price sounds about right for her. She had a worldwide release and was carried by most retailers who had MLP. However it was a while ago which has bumped her MIB price up quite a bit. But because she is so readily available MIB [even if at high prices] that keeps her loose figure down. So $8-10 sounds fair.
