It's the strangest thing:
She submitted a Best Offer of $4.50 for a Princess Cadence and I accepted it.
...but she didn't pay.
I waited four days and ended up opening a NPB case yesterday. Instead of paying the $4.50, she went back to my active listings and bought a duplicate Princess Cadence for $4.99
So, I don't know if she wants two...or if she made a mistake. I sent her the following message:
Thank you for your purchase! I need to know: did you want one or two Princess Cadence ponies?
On 11/23 I accepted your Best Offer of $4.50, but didn't receive payment. I opened a Non-Paying Bidder case for that item today.
If you only wanted one Princess Cadence, I will end the NPB case and cancel the transaction instead. You will have to agree to cancel the transaction for the $4.50 Princess Cadence as well.
To honor the original price, I will send to a partial refund of $0.49 for the $4.99 Princess Cadence.
Thanks again! I sent the message a little over an hour after she sent payment...but I just want to get this resolved asap.
I'd like to get my Final Value Fee back for the unpaid Cadence...and don't want to have a NPB strike against her. But to cancel, she'd have to agree to it. If she doesn't reply to my message, how can I know that she's willing to cancel the original transaction?
Obviously, today's Thanksgiving and I don't think I'll have anything sorted out until after Monday, but I'm always ahead of myself it seems
