Origination of my little pony, how did it all start?

Wow that is very interesting that she wanted them to look more like real ponies and referred to her idea as cuddly. How sweet. If love to see a picture of what Bonnie originally thought the ponies would look like. Thats sad that some one else at hasbro took over her idea though. I mean I'm glad g4s came out and even colorful g1s. Funny how when Barbie originally was brought to mattel they said no one would play with that. Same as ponies, but they were wrong.

 What's nice is Bonnie is starting to get recognition from the brony community now. I was going to post this in a seperate thread, but thought it might be good for this one (IDK if it's been talked about before). Someone on DA made a poster of the cast and crew of MLP-FiM (as ponies). Naturally it includes, Lauren's OC, but take a look at the alicorn in the top left:

That poster is awesome. It's good to see they are putting the original creator in the new stuff. I like the colors and different pony expressions.

I have always loved Bonnie telling the story of how MLP came about. Its such a great summary and so interesting.
