I'm just going to link you to my sticker
LIBRARY It's complete on the USA side, 99% complete on the UK side
(missing Princess Amber, if anyone has it!), and I have several others from different countries. It should give you a good idea of which ponies came with stickers.
Just a few fun facts, since I have time on my hands today:
Not all of the original 6 ponies had stickers. Blossom and Cotton Candy had stickers in their later releases. Snuzzle got a puffy sticker, but only in the UK when she was released as a special Grooming Parlour pony.

loginAfter awhile Hasbro switched from puffy stickers to "scented body stickers", which were thin, somewhat translucent, flexible, and smelled fruity! So-softs, Twinkle Eyes, Baby Beddy-Bye Eyed ponies, and pearly baby sea ponies had these kinds of stickers. European countries kept to the puffy stickers for the most part (puffy stickers for the Twinkle-Eyed, 2nd wave flutter ponies and pearly baby seaponies). The European puffy variant counterparts tend to go for more money than the US stickers.

loginNorth America had a handful of stickers that also have slight variations (see Gusty, Bow-Tie and Surprise for puffy sticker examples, and Magic Star and so-soft Gusty for flat sticker example). They also had even slighter variations where certain color shades or outlines were lighter. I've run into a lot of this with the first baby ponies and the outter pink rainbow ring.

loginThe UK had puffy stickers for some of their exclusive pony lines (movie star ponies, mountain boys, princess ponies with dragons), and those are valued higher.

loginThe US had puffy and flat stickers with a few of their ponywear lines, the early ones. Some outfits, like Pony Luv and Party Time, were released a couple of times and have both kinds of stickers.

loginSome playset ponies and accessory set ponies had stickers and some didn't. The only sticker of a playset I've seen is the Nursery, and it's a European sticker.

loginHigh demand and harder to find stickers tend to be the adult seapony stickers from the USA, as well as and UK mountain boys and princesses. They have in the past fetched $50 apiece or more.
There are some European stickers that don't have a specific pony name. There are a few German or Italian, and have "Mein Kleines Pony" at the top. There aren't many since I think they used one sticker for a whole set of ponies. There are also Belgium stickers with the English "My Little Pony" at the top and no name at the bottom. There seem to be more of these than the German ones.

loginSome French and German stickers were printed on flat sticker paper. They had the same image as the puffy stickers, but weren't puffy. I've seen Cuddles, Tiddleywinks, The Nursery, the generic Twinkle Eye sticker, and the generic Baby Pony sticker like this.

loginI have a couple of French stickers that are made of a type of foam paper. They're flat, but thick and spongy, with a flat edge. Both are Rainbow ponies; I'm not sure how many of these were made like this.

loginI've heard there are Spanish stickers, but I've never seen them myself.
My pride and joy is the South African baby pony sticker. It's printed on flat sticker paper, but it's oversized!
