Ebay Frustration!

this is my follow up : "said saddles were damaged but clearly pictured in auction and terms are as-is"

and she replied with an outright lie " Disclosed other damaged item, why not these? Impossible to see in picture"

I disclosed the framed picture had a crack, the saddles look fine in the picture, you can clearly see one has no fastener and the other looks fine.  It is NOT impossible to see in the picture, everything is clearly pictured. All this over 2 pony accessories that are over 20 years old. And I can no longer rely to the FB so she gets the last word, thanks ebay! And I have reported her, twice now, i am sure ebay will do zero about it.

Oh no ... I've just read the whole story, and I'm so sorry, lovebeam. You did everything right (and the buyer everything wrong), it would be a disgrace if ebay didn't step in and deleted the neg feedback imho.
