Hello all! 

I'm a 28-year-old graphic designer from New Hampshire.  I'm married to a great guy and we have a pit bull named Ripley (after Ellen Ripley ala Alien). 

I'm not a MLP collector (well I do have the Mane 6 from the Blind Bags, so I guess they count!) but I watch FIM, and still fondly remember the old series (including the Tales series) from when I was a kid.  I do collect model horses (mostly OF). 

Lately I have been admiring a lot of MLP customs I've seen, and thinking if I were going to collect I'd start there   I'd also like to try customizing myself at some point.  I figured this forum was a great place to see more customs and techniques on customizing, as well as chat about FIM, etc.

Looking forward to exploring the Arena!

There are so many beautiful pony customs out there aren't there!  It always amazes me how creative people are - often coming up with designs that are even better than the originals!  I wish you well with your future purchases

Thanks all!  I've already been tempted after looking through the Custom Sales section, LOL   Some real beauties.  I love that the sky's the limit when it comes to MLP customs!  I've also already bid on a bait lot on eBay    I spent some time last night looking through the tutorials - there are so many and look so helpful!

Thanks for the comment about Ripley's name, Starfall! It is quite appropriate in that she is a total toy destroyer...she "rips" them to shreds    I will post a pic when I get home - she's quite the cutie.  

Jones would be a very good name for a cat, I think.
