I have that :) It's dead cute and really well made ^_^ While there are no tags i think it's too well made to be a custom job, plus there's quite a few. Maybe another company has decided to cash in on MLP lol.

well on amazon the description does say "Cute handmade soft stuffed animal"  and the manufacturer is not listed as Hasbro, and the seller of both that one and the Doctor Whooves plush is "plush toy store" contacting that seller might just give you the answer you want to it.

The manufacturer of the mini plushes which are turning up in Target is not Hasbro either but the product is licensed...as you say "who knows"!

I saw the one on Amazon and the product features say, "Cute handmade soft stuffed animal." Further down the description says there are handmade gemstones. It's way cute!!
