Well, I've spent my last few months in confusion, feeling sad and angry that the show has come to what it has become, feeling hopeless and lost.

I was at my worst when my post to the My Little Pony wall on Facebook was flooded with people being critical of me and even two calling me dirty names until I had to pull it, and my review of the Pony Wedding DVD on Amazon got one particular scathing comment and made me very sad and pull the review too.

I was hit by enlightenment yesterday. I was playing Starcraft II and pondering over the phrase "A man is what he chooses to be". About the phrase "Don't like Biscuit? Be a Cornbread!" in the song "Zerg, Shotgun, You". I was also reading up about software forks.

I've talked to my aunt and parents about it. And they say it's okay.

So I've come to decide, I like the toys just as well and will continue to collect them as I please. I've been collecting them since the start, and old habits are hard to kill and only causes side effects.

But for the TV show, they made me sad. So I will choose to ignore it from now on. I will ignore the TV show, ignore the DVD releases... Yeah, their continuity don't exist in my own private little world. There is no Facebook page, no TV series, no Amazon DVD release (and as such I will post no reviews of the show anywhere) because they simply don't exist.

I hope I'm still accepted at the forums.

Draggle is, well, a long story better not brought up again. I'm still a mod of said forums tho. Slice of life programming refers to shows like Arthur and Franklin, both of which I'm also a very big fan.

Hi all, I'm RAMChYLD, a moderator from the same forum Draggle is from. I am from Malaysia, and I do have interests in My Little Pony, although only casually. I've been lurking here for more than half a year now.

I watched My Little Pony and Friends when I was very young. The show scared me with the dark villains and all, but I do remember it for most part. I also remember having a crush on Megan back then

Earliest My Little Pony product owned? I think it was a sticker book, back when I was in Kindergarten. It didn't last long, and is since long gone.

My favorite My Little Pony show would most likely be "My Little Pony Tales". I'm an ardent fan of slice-of-life programming since way back.

I am currently a proud owner of two jumbo Pinkie Pie plushes (one with the 25th Anniversary embroidered logo, and the other without), a Sing and Dance Pinkie Pie, and 4 My Little Pony Tales DVDs.

Apart from My Little Pony, I am also interested in various animated shows. As mentioned before, most of them slice-of-life shows. And apart from TV, I'm very into computers. I'm a geek and proud of it.

Lots of us love the G1 toys and bemoan the cheap animation of the 80's... you don't have to be a purist!
