You could possibly use a 10% benzol peroxide acne cream, like Oxy 10 or something, to get the ink stains out. Just glob on a thick layer over the ink marks, let her sit under a lamp for a couple of days & wipe the cream off. It should take the marks right off. I've use that method to get ink & lipstick off orange, pink & white ponies with no ill effects.

Doesn't that leave bleached-out stains over time? Or am I thinking of something else?

Why don't you want to sunfade? I think it should work OK on her (I need to post some pictures of a Bow Tie I've been fading...her body color's still intact if that's what you're worried about)

Sorry, sunfading is your best bet. Trying the cream would be a huge risk and if it harmed her color it would make the pony worse, not better. Those marks look like they would come out within a few days.

Hmmm... I've used benzol peroxide on other vinyl toys/dolls for years and it's never bleached out anything. I didn't know it was a risk with ponies. Well, now I know; and knowing is half the battle!

Thanks guys ! I am just afraid of what might happen, as the sun kinda destroys the plastic xD I know, it takes a lot of time, but still. I might still try something else if I ever find something that works :) But thanks anyway !

The rest of her should be covered with aluminum foil so that only the pen marks are exposed to the sun.  Won't hurt her a bit.  ^-^

I've sunfaded lots of ponies...it really doesn't hurt the plastic as far as I can tell. One person here even restored a pony that had been left outside for over a year. Of all the problems it had, I don't remember her mentioning the plastic being damaged.

Sunfading is your only option really...  peroxide cream and zit cream bleach their color out.  :(

If you search there are TONS of sunfading threads-with amazing results. You only really need to avoid fading certain white ponies and if you follow the tips that have already been mentioned you'll get a better looking pony!
