Upside, downside... discount store finds and kids

I found six G3 ponies at a local charity store for $4 You would think this is a brag... but wait... They came with their hair all in braids, and the kids helped me straighten their hair. The ponies looked awesome. You would think this is a brag... but... The children have now NAMED all the ponies with FiM names, and keep ponynapping them. These were supposed to be BAIT ponies.

The only thing to do now is get them in on cutting off hair and making them walk the plank into boiling water. It's my only hope

Is their hair not salvagable at all?  A dunk in boiling water might straighten it out really well - so long as it's not all frizzy, that is!  Good luck with getting them back from your children, lol

If the kids are attached I'd say let them have the ponies. G3's are easy to come by cheap.  Congrats on the ponies.

Agreed, G3's are pretty easy to pick up right now; get some more and you'll have doubles soon and then the kids shouldn't mind releasing some of them for customs. n_n
