Help! Someone is using my pony pic on ebay

What do I do? I've spotted someone using my pony picture for their auction.  My pony is still for sale even! I also think most of their other photos are someone elses because I recognise some from other sellers and all the backgrounds are different.

Thanks for that link, I'm reporting them now. The stupid thing is, the pony I'm selling has their comb so you can see it in photo. They've stolen the photo and then just said in their description 'no comb with this 1' like that makes it all ok *rofl*

I am glad you caught it and reported it.  I am over this sort of behavior on ebay. 
 
I reported two last month, one for stealing my picture and another for copying and pasting my text in their auction.

I've had the same thing happen as well, with both pics and text  *sigh*  it sucks that these people are too lazy to get their own pics
Glad you reported it!  ebay will take their auction down for that behaviour

Actually, they aren't. You have to search for her on ebay.co.uk since she only posts to the UK

Oh no!  Total bummer.  Should have expected ebay to be slower to act on that though. 

Hope it gets resolved soon.  It's so shady!
