Wow, how long has it been since I last posted a brag? A year? More? This is long overdue. Anyway, as an incentive for getting through exam month (which still isn't completely over, but the worst of it's behind me), I decided to go to the flea market on the 15th. And after today's haul, I knew I had to share it somewhere, and figured I might as well share the past few month's incredible pony luck as well!

loginG1s from the same lot as the Ponyvilles above! I bought the lot for another pony featured (pictured later), and got these guys too, and they're in excellent condition! Sunbeam, who I'd never realized was so beautiful, has pindot/ingrained dirt on 1 hoof, but other than that they're fantastic. Snuzzle is one I've wanted for a while - gray pony with cute name and symbol? Sign me up!

Not pictured, because I couldn't get a decent shot of them for some reason: my first ever thrift g1, SHS/Pretty Pony Beautybloom! I grabbed Garden Glow off ebay to keep her company, and like Sunbeam, was surprised how pretty they are in person.
Also not pictured: I went back and restyled the hair of a lot of g4s. They look much better now!
Also not pictured: I got the Calico Critters Kangaroo family, all 3 PMMM:Rebellion manga (slightly mixed feelings on that, lol), 2 of the last Pandora Hearts books/manga I needed (only the guides left now!) and a new pusheen keychain plush from B&N with a gift card I received from (awesome) family members on Monday, and a bootleg alpcasso from Hot Topic yesterday.

I know she's not that HTF, but she's my first flea market g1 in ages, probably the rarest g1 I've found in the wild to date, and her hair is so pink! Pictures don't do it justice. Oddly enough, she came from the same stall I found Piña Colada and Brilliant Bloom a while back. Not sure how this person ends up with so many later year g1s, but she has very reasonable prices!

I'm slightly in shock, still - I went from only having Feathermay and Flitterheart (flea market finds from a while back) to having all 10 of these guys, ponies I was starting to give up on ever getting, within a few weeks! Plumsweet was the pony I bought the aforementioned ebay lot for, and the rest were all from fantastic people here at the arena! Thank you again, so much!
Lastly, a not-brag (not yet, at least): after finding Starswirl, i was in such a good mood that I decided to traverse the rest of the flea market in its entirety, something I rarely do, since I know all the spots to get ponies. As expected, I didn't buy anymore, but I found a vintage toy shop in the permanent stores section! They had lots of MIB dolls and figures, and a BUNCH of g1s - behind glass, near their $3.50 a piece modern LPS. I checked them out anyway - there were a cancer ridden Majesty, Starshine and Butterscotch who might have been FF, and a nicer (I think?) Mommy Sweet Celebrations, Medley, Party Time, Baby Noddins, Baby Shaggy, Curly Locks, Princess Tiffany, and a few others, plus a carrying case. I asked to see them, and turned them over - only to find price tags stating they were $17 each. Well, nevermind. But since the people selling them clearly didn't know individual worth, maybe one day I'll find a $17 Sweet Scoops there or something. I'll definitely be checking that store whenever I go to the flea market nowadays!
Looking back over this, I feel incredibly guilty over my good fortune
But that's what the brag subforum is for, right? Plus, after how stressed out I've been this past year (and month in particular, thanks AP exams), I think I've earned today's finds, at least
And to think I almost didn't go today because I was tired and it looked stormy!
