"Here" as in Canada?  Want me to ship you some?  Is it just gluten-free you need?  My cousin-in-law is gluten, casein, soy, and egg-free. I ship her cookies from NY because in UT she has trouble getting them out there.  Theres SOOOO much now (in NY at least) thats gluten-free, casein-free and/or both.  Uncle Giseppies and Wild By Nature are two chains that sell a ton of great stuff like that.
