Since I've gotten back into ponies I have set aside times to actively search for pony related items. I've been excited to see if I can find old G1s especially.

After two days of hunting various thrift stores I was getting a little discouraged. Didn't this used to be a little easier? I'm getting nothing but McDonald's toys and fakies. Where'd my mojo go?

Today I was met again with Happy Meal toys and ponies with too happy smiles on their faces. I saw some neat G4 toys, but I'm not really into the G4 brushables.

My last stop was Books-A-Million where I can always count on them enticing me into some nerdy unloading of money. I was so sad to see their My Little Pony section pretty much non-existent! This was going to be a bust as well.

And then there were clearance tags. I know the existence of this pony is a little controversial but I've always just loved her. So I put my bubbly Ditzy Doo pony and Dr. Whooves next to their alternative universe counterparts. And life was good.
