Build-a-Bear birthday coupons?

My birthday is next month and I suddenly remembered I wanted the Applebloom plush. I know Build-a-Bear sends some kind of birthday treat to use. Is it always the same thing, like a $5 off or even $10 off discount coupon for anything in the store, or is it just a coupon for an accessory, or does it vary? I wanna know what I can plan on for then, Pony-wise.

I wish I knew. I have been a Stuff fur Stuff member for a few years now and have yet to get a b-day coupon My Bday is next month too!! Hopefully you get one!

My birthday was in August. They sent me an email coupon for $7 off any purchase. But I am in Canada so maybe it's different in the US.

For the last two years I've received a £3 off any spend coupon that is valid a for a month, though this year I got it before August ended whereas last year I don't think I got it until the first week of September

I can only echo the UK experience - £3 off for me too. Although one of my friends who virtually has a direct debit to BAB gets a 15% off every year

I was planning to use it tomorrow, maybe, along with my first $10 off coupon, but now I'm wondering about it saying on the birthday one that coupons can't be combined. I was thinking some people used two or more coupons on Build-a-Bear animals and it worked?

As long as it is your 10 off coupon that you got for your Stuff fur Stuff points. They consider those like cash so you can combine it with other coupons. If it is just a regular 10 off a purchase of however much than they probably won't let you.

And by the way I got my bday coupon for the first time this month. 5 dollars off!!! Woohoo! I used it to get Olaf. He is so cute. Best plush I have seen of him so far. Saving him for my daughters Christmas.

Does it have to do with how much you spend at BaB as tracked through your rewards card?  I haven't gotten a birthday coupon to use in years and my birthday was a couple weeks ago.

If I was you I would call their 1-800 number and talk to someone about it. Their system is very glitchy so there could be lots of reasons why you haven't gotten one. It doesn't have anything to do with points so if you let them them know they should be able to at least send you a different coupon if not a bday one.

This is the first year I have gotten a bday coupon and I think it was because I had a very old account that I had forgotten about at a different address and the coupons were either going there or they weren't sending one because it showed me having 2 different accounts?? I know they also just changed their whole SFS program so it could have reset some of your information because that happened to my account too.

I think DD got a free accessory coupon this year ($5 or less). We didn't use it

According to their website, all you have to do to qualify for a birthday coupon is to name a plush at the Name Me station in the store and ... I think provide your email address?

I contacted them through their website and then they sent me one. You could try the same thing.
