I went to my thrift store yesterday and did very well. Found a Build-A-Bear Pinkie Pie for $3!

I also found quite a few bags of transformers and took a gamble and bought a couple of them. I'm having problems IDing them though, and getting them into their alternate shape. The whole "transformers transform!" is a bit beyond me.

The only vintage one I have is "Twin Twist", and then I have a few from the 90's and 2000's. Is there a good Transformers site that has a good forum? I have no idea what I have, and what value they hold. Also, I think the mechanism on Twin Twist is broken (he won't stay a car) and I'm trying to see if he's fixable.

my transformer knowledge is still very small but if you post pics I might be able to help.
I usually look them up on Google image, using a date or what type of vehicle it is etc.

I can help a little. The purple one is soundwave and he's from the animated series. He's missing quite a bit.

-G1-TwinTwist as you have noted.
-incomplete Transformers Universe Vector Prime (a repaint of Cybertron Vector Prime)
-incomplete Transformers Animated Shockwave (the one that came as a Target Exclusive two-pack with Sunstorm).
-Very incomplete Beast Wars Optimus Primal in bat form. (aka Bat Primal) This mold was used to make very true-to-the-original fakes so that is also a possibility.

Also you ask if they have value. I would not think so. Only Twintwist is vintage and he and Topspin are two of the most common vintage transformers that there are while the others are incomplete. I suggest checking ebay to see what your options are as far as restoration and resale if that's what you're planning
