Looking for a current G4 Checklist

Does anyone know of a up to date G4 checklist?  Strawberryreef's checklists haven't been updated in a year, and I really need something that picks up where it left off. I've got a year's worth of stuff to catalog, and no checklist to do it!   I'm looking for a checklists that have the same sort of items as the ones on Strawberryreef(brushables, fashion size, major plush releases, playsets, blind bags, etc - mostly the official toy line including all re-releases).  I don't need much outside that for merchandise.  And I don't need Equestria Girls, just MLP.

Following... I am sure if there isn't one somebody has a list they have made of all of them if they are collecting G4 I know I have a crazy list at one point. If somebody doesn't have something like that I can always make one... Do you want the pictures as well?

The Coming Soon thread lists every release up to 1st June including some after. Its due an update this weekend. Its not a formal list unfortunately - you would need to create a spreadsheet from it...I did have one but to be honest I ended up finding it easier to go from type to type with pictures.

I'm hoping somebody out there has a simple printable checklist.  I wish Strawberryreef would update that section.  The rest of the site has been updated recently, and the checklist updates were pretty regular until recently.  It would be awesome to have a consistent checklist for G4s like I have for the rest of the generations.  I think most of my checklists are from Strawberryreef.

I've been attempting to bring order to my collection for about 2 years now.  Due to the size of it all, and the fact that I don't have a laptop computer(only a desktop), I needed something simple that I could print out and bring *to* the bins.  So I've scoured the internet for checklists for all generations, printed them all out, and put them in a binder.  I have workable checklists for everything except the last year's worth of G4s.  I could try to cobble together my own from the Out Now/Coming Soon page, but it's going to take me *hours* to sort through all the separate pages, assemble some kind of workable checklist, and figure out what I have and what I already have cataloged.  My binder is organized by year, not by set, since that's how most checklists are organized.  I print out these checklists and write notes all over them, so I put in a lot more information than your average checklist contains(including locations for all items since I keep losing things).

At some point I'd like to put all this in a spreadsheet, but it's going to take me years to do it all(I have a massive, massive collection).  It's a lot faster for me to put all the info in my binder, and then at some point transfer it over to a spreadsheet when I have the time.  For the time being, it's all old school over here:/

I'm still crossing my fingers somebody has a quick, simple checklist I can print out that will save me a whole bunch of time and pain.

I dont know if I will have the time to do it, but I can possibly pull something from the spreadsheet I have to maintain that thread. It depends what kind of information people are looking for on it?

I did have printable off sheets at one point but there was never enough interest to maintain it ongoing - perhaps the same thing for SR? And to be honest when I linked it all I got was complaints it was not in a format which suits - it was just a google doc However that was before we had to take the site off Arena due to hotlinking, I could probably post pdf?

A big thank you snwbear24 and hathorcat for your offers:)  I know what a pain it is to construct these kinds of lists,and even if you guys don't have the time to do it, I appreciate the offer!  I made a few for my binder myself, and it took me a very, very long time.  Partly due to me having no already done spreadsheet to draw from, but even if I'd had one, it would've still taken me a while.  I'll double check with Ashlyne, but I don't think she keeps checklists like that.  Her closet seems to be her main checklist:p  I know she's really interested in my attempts to get a G1 accessory checklist together.

I like them broken up into years.  Most of the checklists I have are broken up that way, and all of Summer's guide books are organized that way, so I've tied my organization system to that.  I don't need pictures since I check things either in the books or online(and my binder is thick enough already without having to print out pictures of everything:p), but I do like the official names for things, and all items from a particular set to be mostly grouped together.  The main thing for me is breaking things up by years though.  Alphabetical or all of one line from across the entire run(like all single ponies from 2010-2014, or all Fashion Sized ponies from the entire run) just doesn't work for me.  My entire organization system revolves around things being broken up by years.

I also like to have a bit of extra space on the page since I write in notes.  I don't put in *as* many for G4s(most of my notes are condition notes, and all G4s were purchased MIB and opened), but I do like some space to put in the number for the bin each item is stored in, the page number for the item location in Summer's book(if there is one, which there isn't for these), and any other notes I think are important.  I have found the little extra notes that the Strawberryreef checklist puts in where relevant(TRU/Target/Waltmart/etc exclusive, little extra descriptions, etc) to be very useful when trying to figure out which darn Rainbow Dash I'm looking at.

Anyway, those are my personal preferences for checklists.  I'll take what I can get and do my best to make it work.  I have made my own checklists, but not for a chunk that's this big.  I'm slightly amazed that people don't want checklists, and don't use them much anymore.  I guess everybody has spreadsheets.  I'm so behind:p  The problem is that I've been collecting seriously since the beginning of the pony community without a whole lot of organization to go with it.  It's taken me 2 years so far to get my collection in *reasonable* order, and I'm STILL finding things I didn't know I had, and discovering I'm missing things I was sure I had.  Once I get it all squared away and cataloged, I can try to join the 21st century and get a spreadsheet of my own:p  Until then, it's printouts and binders for me.

*lol*   I appreciate the compliment, but unfortunately my "checklist" is buying them when they first come out or when I first hear about them.   A new pony in stores?  Bought it.  Check.     

But I'd love to have a list for myself, in case I missed something, or in case a tornado comes through town.

I am updating the thread over the weekend, I think I can easily change the spreadsheet to suit. Its not going to by year though - it will be by set. Is that ok?

And if you need an accessory spreadsheet let me know I have that for G1 already and chrissytrees is pretty awesome too.

I have a feeling Strawberry Reef waits till the end of the year and then complies a big list of everything.  That is just a thought.  I'm waiting for a list too, so I am sure updating at the end of the year is easier than every time something new comes out.

Here is my attempt at making checklists.
A few notes:
1. I may be missing some non-US releases.
2. I have not kept track of prototypes, or anything from Taobao.
3. I know that 2014 is far from complete!  I'm missing many up-and-coming releases. 
4. I also try to keep track of the different accessory colors, and may have identified an accessory incorrectly.  I also may be a little off on the exact shade (light pink, dark pink, etc)
5. I've tried to replace a certain pony's name, but may have missed a few.
6. The plush list is NOT sorted by year.  I'm missing some non-US releases (Formosa comes to mind).  I am not keeping track of the bootleg plushies.
7. I'm sure I've made some errors on which year certain releases belong to.  I got a little behind in my checklists, and used handwritten notes from the past couple of years to try and piece these together.
**Note to self: DON'T do that again!!!!!
