It just sold! We bought the house as a foreclosure for $60, and sold it for $97 plus closing costs. Now we have to get down to some serious house hunting!

The buyer backed out. We have another offer for 93k, not as much as we were hoping, but still a profit. We may have found a house we like too.

Husband called me earlier, we have a real estate agent coming over tomorrow to get our house listed! I've been in super clean mode for the last two hours. We want to get out of this neighborhood that is slowly going downhill, and get some land. Wish us luck!
