Don't worry, everybody has to start somewhere and I know what it's like to be so excited about receiving something and then disappointed when it's in your hand. :)

That's correct, she will have to send you a Feedback Revision Request. She needs to go to the Request Feedback Revision page from her Feedback Profile.  Then select a reason for her request and hit send. They (EBay) will then send you an email with instructions how to proceed.

Looks like you got your answer.

And hugs and cookies for you for coming back and handling this so well.  I DO know exactly how it feels to get something that looks way grubbier in person than it had appeared..

Thank everybody, the community here is awesome and I really appreciate all the feedback. Sadly the user doesn't seem to be answering me. I just wish I could get rid of that stupid feedback, ugh I'm so angry with myself. Ebay should have a "I made stupid feedback let me remove it" button.

If she's not responding, it could mean she's blocked you. At least you've tried. You can't help if the seller won't allow you to. But the takeaway you've gotten from this experience is not to jump to the worst possible scenario. Weigh all options. Contact your seller if you're unhappy and give them a chance to make it right before leaving feedback.
