ID on some accessories please? Are they MLP?

OK so I bought a huuuuuuuuge bag of pony wear off an awesome member here and whilst I have ID'd the majority of it, there are some pieces I am having difficulty placing.  Can anyone here tell me what these are??

This is about the same sort of size as the UK Rain coat but is a lovely lilac color cotton with a white/silver lace trim and a white floral pattern on the cloth. It fits a pony very well.

The round thing at the top, I have no idea what it could be. I have 3 of the cute bonnet things and they fit very nicely on the baby ponies.  The veil thingy has no connecting ribbons or anything. I know the pink bag is MLP, a face book friend ID'd that for me before I posted on here

They are not pony wear I would guess they are probably home made. You come across quite a lot of it. Pony wear was still quite expensive back in the 80s; well made, home made pony wear seems to have been a solution to that problem for a lot of people.

You should get the patterns for the cape and bonnets...people would LOVE those on their babies! SO CUTE!!
