How do you protect your ponies???

Well being that I have a lovely puppy who just loves to chew off pony feet....I keep them on display very high off the ground and when I just buy them they live in a grocery bag until I can clean them up and take care of their hair (unless I buy them in display condition then they just go straight to my shelf)

Cute! My cats just knock my ponies down. Every once in a while, I go into my room and a few of the collectors pose original six that sit on top of my pony shelf are on the floor.

NSS Wind Whistler sits alone on a small mounted shelf beside my bedroom door, ready to report any sign of trouble. Apart from cats, apparently.

My 2 year old daughter is always stealing my G1s off of my pony spa table (her ponies are G4s) . One of her little friends was over and everytime he went near the table she would yell at him "NO! Mama ponies" and would get between him and the table and notlet him near it.

*lol*   I have a baby gate in the doorway to my pony room, but that's more to keep the dog off the brand-new white carpet than anything.  All ponies are behind glass and doors, so even if Buttercup got hungry, she wouldn't be able to get at them

Mine are on the third shelf of a four shelf book case. My cats leave them alone, most of the time. Except for a randomly knocked over blind bag. Who gets batted around and ignored. I'm lucky they aren't destructive.

My cats never touch my ponies, but I can't say the same for my computer wires.

My cats knock them over every once in a while and I keep them outta doggie reach. Most of the ponies are way up high but recently I moved all my G4s onto a new shelf within my kids reach O.o my youngest (3) knows those are mamas ponies "no touch!" Lol and u thought my oldest (7) understood this hard fast long standing rule of no touchy my toys lol but my hubby and I walked in on her touching minty.... Of all ponies the hardest to find lol, busted by daddy as well she was reminded once again not to touch my ponies. She seems to forget this rule about once a month and the little one yells at her and then rats her out lol. It wouldn't be a big deal but she is not very good with toys and has this really bad habit of breaking my stuff while " looking" at it.... Hence the strict rule.

I used to just have to put up with having ponies knocked-down most days, but then I got cabinets with glass doors for my collection. SO nice! I never have to stand a pony back up and fix her hair again! No more cat attacks! ;D
