i think someone else posted something similar a while back? basically i'm kickstarting my weight loss! i got right down and reached my plateau over last year but due to work and moving away from my local pool have put it back on and then some
right now i do an hours cycling a day plus walking and am using a calorie counter app which caps me at 1200 calories per day (without exercise). i'm looking at losing about 13lbs until my plateau, and then maybe another 10. hopefully the 13lbs will be gone by january
if this sounds similar to something anyone else is doing and would like a buddy that would be awesome
