So I was so excited to go to Target to see what new pony goodness was there.  My best friend said they had the new glitter ponies so we raced over there after work.  They had them alright, but they were ponies rolled in the glitter like blind bags with big unglittered areas around the eyes and cutie marks.  Lame!  So I looked at pinkie with the purse, the little one with the black stripe in her hair and I was going to buy that, but $19.99 for a pony (and feathery purse I will not use).  Didn't get that either.  And the Fashion Style Pinkie with the car was not on the shelves or in the stock room.  So I had money I wanted to spend but no ponies to buy.     On the flip side Lalaloopsie has a line of ponies and I was seriously considering a few of those, they even have a carosel line that is like the blind bag size that are very cool.  They seem to have more molds than Hasbro. FIM watch out!  Hasbroken needs to get their act together.

That's to bad! I really want to get Glittery Wysteria, but with your review I might want to think a little bit more.  And I think I look at those Lalloopsy ponies next time I'm at target.

Yes, I was really expecting the glitter bodies like the G3 ones but it was just rolled in the glitter so I was like to heck with that, I can do that my darn self. LOL!  To me it just is cheap, I mean it probably rubs off or has a bunch of extra on it that will be all over your hands, I dunno, I was just expecting more.  And they are rationing new ponies 2 at a time, which is very disappointing.  2 fasion size Pinkies, 2 brushable glitter, 2 decorate your own; two ponies, just 2, *goes away grumbling about the good old days of G1*

I bought both glitter ponies and they actually don't shed that much. The two I got have only minimal areas around their eyes and cutie marks that are non-glittery. I do wish the glitter was INSIDE but they're pretty awesome, actually. I'd suggest getting them, since they're only $8.

I'm considering the fashion size Pinkie without the car since she's $15...but the car one is SO CUTE

If we had them here I'd skip out or if I got them de-glitter them... I don't like the glitter on the outside because it just looks awkward with the un-glittered areas...

Oh thats a shame you did not get anything you liked

I know personally I am just pleased to see anything different! We shouted for ages for variety - the glitters may not be perfect but for me at least they are glittery!

I am wishing they were like the g1 glitter Napper and so forth but when they came out with divine shine g3 they plastic started to get bad over time so perhaps this is the way Hasbro decided to fix the g3 glitter problem. I just wish they could make them the way the did Napper and last like Napper. I bought them both but I am waiting on the Pinkie Pies. I know they are pricey and I bet they will show in abundance down the road second hand but I want 1 new, just don't know which one...darn it anyhow.
