moc ponies lot deciding to keep or not

I have been involved in a transaction where a member was banned in the middle of a huge mess.  Ebay placed a note of NARU on their feedback page the day the account was closed.  This seller has no such message on their feedback page. This makes me wonder if the account is really closed or if ebay just has put a ban on them for selling.  I know someone that got banned from selling but not buying and nothing was noted on their account.   If they are no longer allowed to sell, I don't see why they can't have access to their paypal account, as they would be able to buy. I would call ebay about this today and file a case if they in fact are able to fix your transaction and are using that as an excuse. Ebay can tell you this information.

Ohhhhh it's THAT scammer?  Well, at least you got the ponies!  A number of people were scammed out of money with no ponies from this person!    Until Paypal got involved anyway...

I just clicked on the seller and they have 50% positive feedback. I've never seen that before!

I'm glad that you actually received your lot from this dodgy seller, but its such a shame that they are damaged   I think you would still be able to sell the ones that you dont want to keep for yourself even in that conditon, but  if you are very disappointed then contact ebay  and open a case.

Thanks everyone I looked them over again I opened the case and am sending them back. I just do not think I will get my 700 back any other way. They sad they will refund me when I return them.
