proof of purchase labels

Is there any reason to keep the proof of purchase labels?  I know in the past they were used for contest and then there were the good old pony points back in my time.  Just curious before I toss all mine out.

No reason that I know of. Man, I wish they would bring back Pony Points. Shame the scalpers would probably ruin it, though. Maybe, instead of a special thing, they could just give a card that entitled you to 1 free pony, or something?

I totally had a dream about mail order G4's last night.  This thread just reminded me of that.  =P  Can't for the life of me remember what it was though...Minty maybe???

Unfortunately as others have mentioned there is currently no reason to hand on to them as there is nothing to gain from them. But I agree...mail order ponies *wishful sigh*
