Question about Licensing Show Rarity

I noticed on the b and r in hasbro, it's a little blurry. Still not wholly sure she isn't a custom.

Well, there is a fashion style rarity, so for sure she's really Rarity. 

But to me it looks like the "licensing show" was hand painted on.  In my opinion, she's a custom, probably used for display at the conference.  At the Licensing Show, only regular sizes were passed out.

I'm honestly not too disappointed if she's a custom, but it's nice finding out about her history. It would have been better if someone had left a signature somewhere.

I would figure her for a custom, since I don't recall there ever being mention of any fashion style one made.  It would not make sense for Hasbro to have made one either, as I believe the licensing show versions were meant to pass on to retailers in attendance and those shows are not like the MLP fair or comicon.

Can't find the site with the information now. Maybe I read it wrong. 

Perhaps someone made her for the fair. It's probably been years, but is it possible to contact any of the people who put that pony fair together?






ps. I'm still looking for a Licensing Show Rarity (of any size) so if anyone has one they want to sell/trade...

Are we 100% on the size of the Rarities which were issued via raffle at the Fair. As originally mentioned I completely agree that those handed out at the licensing show are regular size...however, do we know for certain those raffled were the same size.
