Video was a girl swinging on a tree swing underwater (who video was underwater)
the song began with
"Swimming under water, trying not to breath

Sorry that is all I remember- I really want to know this song because I loved it back then and still love it now, just dunno what it is to listen to it.

It's not familiar to me, but have you tried Googling the lyrics? I usually can find a song that way.

The Escape Club is the band
I loved that entire album as a teen so now I know what I am looking for!! THANK YOU
