I'm so sorry to hear you've been diagnosed with fibro. My mother in law has it. She has her good days and her bad days. Some days she has episodes where the fibro acts up and she can hardly leave the couch or do anything all day cuz it takes it out of her. Long car trips can make it act up. I think it's because of sitting for such a long time. It's best to keep moving as best you can and keep up on your medications of course.
