I considered buying one, but ended up passing. Something about it seems a bit off and I'm not sure how the material would hold up when it ages.

I'm not sure about it as far as stringing, but my dad has a chess piece (a rook with a spiral staircase inside [which is more like a double helix going up the center) which was made with a 3D printer back in the early 90's
It's hideously yellow now and pretty brittle.

Me too! I am dying to see what some talented customizer can do-   

I love that the artist created this pony-  I agree that a G3 would e awesome too- I love G1s but it seems like the G3s would lend themselves to this more- and I like their shape a lot

Hmmm.  I don't know how I feel about it.  Definately a lot of work went into them.  I guess I always thought they'd be more like a Soom centaur with a pony head.

im curious how many are exited for her because of it being a mlp, would you like a pony (non anthro ) even if not a mlp?
