Not really, but it's fun to hear about other kinds of superstitions in other countries. lol

My mother is South Korean and she says you never gift items like Knives ( meaning you want to cut yourself from someone's life/ end friendship ). You don't give your significant other shoes ( used to run away from you/end relationship ). It's fun to hear about superstitions and how they came about.

Not even a little. I'm all realism, I never give any thought to any Old Wive's Tales about how if I do or do not do something specific, "bad luck" will befall me. I make my own luck. ;)

 Me too!

But please, don't worry about horrible threatening chain messages like that, I think it's digusting how people spread those around! Eg "if you don't pass message to 10 of your friends then such and so will happen blah blah" Why would someone pass on a threat to a FRIEND, UGH. Also when these messages are just left everywhere for any unsuspecting person to read. It's only some rubbish someone took two minutes to think up, they are not even creative.
Chain letters in general are bogus. Nothing will happen to you good or bad whether you send them or not. That said, I am totally not superstitious. I OWN black cats and haven't had any bad luck. There's just no logic to it at all.

Sort of!  I like observing good luck customs for fun or tradition (when I remember to) and I do believe in things like karma, or intuition, and all that kind of thing, to a degree.  C:  And I like good luck charms.

I am, but I don't believe in chain letters. I believe in Friday the 13th, broken mirrors, and anything about luck in general. But I do open umbrellas indoors :P

I took a break from the Arena from a couple months due to school and other things in my life. But I'm back now!

I love reading about superstitions!  And when my mom sells purses at garage sales, I put a penny n them for good luck for the new owners.  XD

When I was little, I used to deliberately to the bad luck" things because I didn't beleive in them and wanted to prove they weren't true.  like stepping on cracks and opening umbrellas inside.

Not really. I mostly think they're a bit silly.

I do have a thing where if I listen to a song compulsively and then stop for a long time and then listen to it again, something unlucky has always happened unless I listened to another song right after.
And we don't give knives as presents either, but that's mostly tradition. You have to give a penny in return, then you're buying it.

The closest I get is pressing the b button after throwing a pokeball.

In some places (Scotland I think for one) the black cat is actually considered lucky so that's just confusing

I am a huge skeptic, so I'm not superstitious, however when there's a full moon I notice clients at my job get weirder.  I honestly think this has more to do with them knowing it's a full moon and letting their freak flag fly higher than normal than any sort of real correlation though, lol

:D That just made my day! When I was young, I had a ritual where I would hold the arrow keys in whichever direction I wanted the health bar to go, while holding Up of Down to specify which health bar I was focusing on. Like, if I were trying to catch Articuno and wanted to get him to only a sliver of health, I'd hold down Up and Left as if that would keep his health bar from going all the way down. I never even believed it worked, as far as I can tell. I just did it. Weird!

I also believe in jinxing oneself, and always knock on wood. I swear that works. I'm allowed to type that because I knocked on wood after doing so. Paper products work too.
I'll put something here some time

I throw salt over my shoulder and knock on wood. I've had horrible luck since my black cat passed away. I think she might have been my lucky charm.

Not really, the only thing I hate are the crossed cutlery on the table, not sure if it's everywhere but here they says it brings unluck...so they make me nervous and fix them immediately XD
