Anyone have a G1 pony with brittle hair?

This pony is going on to new pastures, where she will be lovingly restored. I have never re-haired a pony, and would probably have no patience and do a poor job of it. I'm very happy she is going to someone here where she will be loved and appreciated ^_^

I have three ponies whose hair crumbles like that.  Gypsy, Sail-away (Hula Hula) and Bouquet (just the red/orange streak).  All the same hair colour.  I'd never heard of it happening to yellow-haired ponies before but I guess your Nurse Tenderheart and Baby Alphabet prove that it can.
