That is so gross! D:< I would ask for a partial refund, honestly, and I would also take it off the card and give it a nice bath. (Also, bug aside, congrats on getting your grail! I love Totsies!)

That's disgusting  If I were the seller I would be offering you a refund and let you keep the pony, I would be so ashamed to send something like that! :faint:
Thanks to SDS for my siggy and avi

Update:  I got a partial refund and the seller was really nice too.

Does anybody have experience on how to open up the bottom of the card without ripping the packaging to shreads?  I think that's the only way to make it so it's not gross anymore.  I want to be able to take her out to clean it out and then slide her back in so she can be proudly shown on my shelf. :)

Maybe take an exacto knife and carefully slide it under the bottom of the blister pack? Assuming it's on a blister pack.

That's exactly what I was thinking...a sharp exacto knife or box cutter if it's a blister pack. Maybe if you can get into the opening then with something flexible like a pipe cleaner to kind of sweep the dirt/bug out?

Thanks!  Those are some good ideas.  I'll give them a try. :)
