My two favourites have always been Tenderheart and Lotsa Love Elephant.  They were my original favourites and remain so to this day!  <3

« on: January 15, 2015, 06:35:47 AM »
I need two.  One for me and one directly above that (between my pillow and the headboard) so that my cat can sleep on it.  If I do not have that pillow there for her she will take mine.  So, two, without a doubt.

I can't wear most perfume, it makes me itch like nobodies business.

HOWEVER,

I've found the stuff at Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab is perfect.  I really urge those who have issues to check them out. :)

The two from them that I'm usually wearing are Smokestack and The Antikythera Mechanism.

I've always adored her work.  Cloud is amazing!  Congrats on being able to take him home!  I'd love to be able to put some money aside for such a thing, I've just got this horrible habit of spending it before I can save it!  DOH!  Hehe!

If there's a rule to what age you're supposed to stop trick-or-treating it would appear that every place I've ever lived has never heard of it.

The only 'rules' I've ever concerned myself with are "You must be dressed up in some fashion"   and "do no property damage".   Other than that kids of all ages, young and old, are welcomed at my door.

My boyfriend and I do our yard up every year, adding at least 1 large piece annually.  The fog machine is usually the biggest hit, especially when we set it up behind the tombstones, so the fog rolls out from between them.

While I'd love to dress up as something spooky I let our yard handle that, while I go for something a little more cheerful (this year a cheshire cat).  This helps when we have kids that are too afraid to come up to the door.  I can go out to them and be relatively harmless looking.

And yes, while we do pride ourselves on how many kids we can make cry we also make a point to give crying kids a little bit more candy.  Usually a full sized candy bar instead of the normal minis.

Right handed.  All the way.  My left hand is pretty much just used for gripping and pointing at things.

I RP in a couple different locations and within each group I've got at least two full time characters that I've put time and effort into creating.

« on: September 22, 2014, 11:20:49 AM »
My boyfriend and I do our yard up in scary fashion, with scary music... and so to make sure that all the kids (even the crying ones) get candy I have to dress up as something cute/harmless.   This year it's going to be the Cheshire Cat.

I'm a huge fan of both the series and the books.  I think HBO did the Red Wedding justice!  It was brutal and cold, like in the book, while throwing in that emotional twist that the books themselves didn't really have for me.

I know that the show has changed some things up (Talisa) but overall I think it was changed for the better.  Gave that emotional connection to the incident that I just didn't have reading about it.

Two thumbs way up for that episode!  I've been deliberately avoiding trailers so I  can't wait to see how they handle next week!

I've recently started playing.  ^_^  I spent YEARS swearing up and down I'd never get sucked in ... then they released the Pandaren and the furry in me squealed in delight and broke through my walls of resistance.  Now I'm fully sucked in.

Yaay Pandaren Monks!
