Hi everyone! I thought I would share some pics of my new horse, Lucy. I lost my mare Maddy to colic in November after having her for 17 years.  I was so heartbroken (still am).  I wasn't expecting to  buy another so quickly, but something about Lucy caught my eye, and when we went to see her she was just perfect. We are doing a payment plan, so she's still at the current owner's farm until she's paid off, but hopefully not for too much longer.

She's a 12 year old appendix quarter horse. Her thoroughbred lines go back to Man o'War, so that's kind of cool. Hope you like her!

I think you are perfectly justified in opening a case. If you paid on the 1st, you should have it by now. Even if they waited a few days to ship - like if they waited until the 4th to send it, and they sent it First Class, you should have it by now. My Christmas cards made it from Canada to the UK in exactly a week, so I think you should definitely have your First Class shipment by now.

And you tried to do it amicably by sending 2 messages. If they choose not to respond, they can't complain about you opening a case.

I know! But I just commissioned 3 customs and bought a REAL horse, so money is tight.
