I have a mess of extra Marines and High Plains :) Archipelago, Sandstorm and Monsoon may be tricky though, they're among the hardest to get. Garden isn't too bad, I may have a couple extras still but I'd have to check later tonight (gotta leave for work shortly).

You're welcome! I just wish I had more Scatterbugs on me at the time instead of that Larvesta, Snorlax and Eevee. I'll have more eventually though so let me know if you'd like any more :)

@Rosencrantz- Yep, I just had those 5 to transfer to Y :) Starting a trade with you now from my Y version~ The Icys are still Scatterbugs at the moment, hope that's ok.

Turns out that Lucky Egg, EXP lv3 and Audinos in the Battle Chateau level things up like crazy :) I need to outfit these pokemon with items and double check my Y version and then I should be ready.

Might be a little bit longer, I need to get this Eevee to lv45 before I trade it over too so that the daycare won't wipe out its current moveset while I'm breeding it. Right now I think I'll be trading over 5 pokemon to Y, and then there's an Ocean Vivillon for you too :) Do you have a preference on gender/ability/nature?

Thanks! :lovey: No rush, I still need to figure out what the heck I'm sending over and make sure I have enough on my Y version to trade for them (I have been neglecting the catching aspect of the game on Y :yikes: ).

I restarted my Y version, so I no longer have an unlimited supply of Oceans (still have some spares though), instead I will soon have an unlimited supply of Ice snows :) Just need to reach the breeder's now. Got the pokeflute and now I'm about to go kick Snorlax's lazy butt off the bridge (seriously, why must this thing always sleep on bridges and roads?? so rude).

I would adore one of each. Do you want a ditto or something?

Actually, would you be able to help me get some pokemon from my X version to my Y version? :awake: My Ocean Vivillons are on my X version anyway while my Icy Snow stock will be on my Y version :) I'm not sure how many pokemon I want to send over, but there's at least an Eevee I'd like to get on my Y...

I play, but as I have Android instead of iOS, I get left out of a lot of updates :( Team Lava seriously neglects its Android users...

I don't recommend trying to collect every dragon either, TL has been introducing them and removing them at a rate that's impossible to keep up with unless you spend serious money.

I don't have much time to give you tips (work starts soon :drunk: ) but I do recommend this:

@Flarewing- Got around to checking out the spread sheet, nice work! :good: My FS type is Psychic, and I have Drowzee, Espurr and Girafarig. I'm getting up there in FCs though so I have to be a little picky on who I add (unless I go through all of mine and delete some :drunk: ).

Desperately need help from someone with a game they'd be willing to restart!

Some jerk conned me into trading for a Japanese Bad Egg. If I trade it to someone willing to take ot then restart their game t kill it, that would solve the problem. Anyone willing to do this?

I can take it on my Japanese playthrough :awake: It just needs to be in its own separate box, right? I plan on restarting that game once I harvest legendaries and items such as megastones and evo items, so I won't be using my full PC at all. I have work until roughly 12:30pm CST, but I'll be available all day afterwards.

My actual native pattern is Polar, which does alright, but setting my DS' location to Hawaii before I started my Y version has really paid off. I completed my Vivillons a while ago, but I had to go on the forums at Serebii to do it. Sandstorm, Jungle, Archipelago were really tough. I was lucky to be fast enough for some of the others on the GTS but yes, fierce is definitely an appropriate description for it :drunk:

You have polar too!?! You're so lucky..... Both your games have pretty Vivillons... I have the High Plains, it's so BROWN and has so little color..... I was hoping for something luscious and green because I'm in Western Washington....

I found this map interesting (it's from that link I posted):

If I was 1 state westward I'd have Modern instead :awake: I do love Polar, it's one of my favorites alongside Ocean, Icy, Monsoon, Tundra and Savanna :lovey: Oh and Marine too! Love that light blue :lovey:

so if I were to change my DS location to Hawaii, get Pokemon Y and start a game (I have X version), save said Y game, then change my location back to Texas, will that Y version still be set in Hawaii?
If so, then ai may just do that next week during black friday, if possible...

I wish getting the Vivillon pattns wasnt such a pain, I pretty much gave up on it for the most part. I get it is to encourage trading, but it is hard when most people have the easiest to obtain patterns (granted, I do like my pattern Modern, but that may be biased because of having a Vivillion as one of my original team members, lol). I kinda wish there was more pattern variations for the US and Japan.

That's correct :) The Vivillon pattern is set when you start your game. If you change your DS' location afterwards it won't change the pattern. For my next playthrough of Y I think I'll pick someplace in Canada so I can farm the Icysnow pattern. I used this when deciding where my location would be:

Unfortunately none of the Monsoon pattern locations were available on my DS... otherwise I might have picked that instead of Ocean (I do love Ocean too though).
