I really like Clawdeen, and she does give me sort of a Wonder Woman vibe slightly, but I'm not really sure what to make of Spectra.  I know they aren't making literal translations of superheroes, but we should at least be able to tell what "super power" they have, and I have no clue what her's might be, I'm just...confused.

I like this concept, but if they ARE Target exclusives, I would have rather seen an expansion of the Scary Tales line rather than start up something new.

Yeah I've drooled over noeling's work for a long long looooong time.  Never had the guts to find out how much one of his beauty's cost...and now from Alicat's post I can see I was right never to ask.   Oh well, if I win the lottery someday maybe.  *wistful sigh*

I REALLLY hope that the price point is lower for the actual doll line. I love love love the doll but $125 is wayyyy to high. I was expecting 50-60, and that's high for me. >.<

Will she be for sale on Hasbro Toy Shop .com or the doll vendor site?

One of the press releases said if there were left-overs they'd be on Hasbrotoyshop.

Yeah I want to know more about the costumes and air guitar, they're awesome!

Can't wait for the reveals, I'm thinking at least 2 will be the Scaris dolls.  Third is going to be a surprise though!

Who was looking for the sunglasses?  My walmart had Cleo, Frankie, Ghoulia, Clawdeen.  Only one of each though, so if you still need them, let me know asap and I'll hook you up!

And OMG Venus/Robecca must have!

LOL thanks guys, you're all too sweet!!!!  I really need to do a proper photoshoot with Ghoulia, but haven't had time, maybe this weekend.

I've never sold any of my handmade things, just given as gifts, so I have no idea what to ask for them.  If anyone wants one though, just shoot me a PM, I'd be more than happy to make a few!

The Dollhouse / Ghoulia's new hat

Frankie spent hours in Home Ick making this for her ghoulfriend.  Inspired by her RM helmet, this is a cozy little brain cap to keep her warm while snowboarding with Abbey.

What do you guys think, will Ghoulia like it?     :P

I'm excited about this one, but since she's exclusive and harder to get, I wish they'd hurry up and make an announcement about what the line will be like going forward.  It's killing me to wait for both this (probably) and new MH info from SDCC!  Need to know nao!

hyenacub - if you have the slightest interest in going to ThunderCon, I say DO IT!  It was an absolute blast!  I can't talk it up enough, seriously.

The leaf people episode was sooo sad, hubs and I teared up too.  I also love all the nods to the old series this new one is doing, like the magic words for Kit/Kat's bag is "Rankin Bass" so awesome, and how Panthro is still after a samoflange for the tank!  And I'm reaaaally hoping for more Silverhawks/Tigersharks tie-ins.  Re: the character who did the bad thing, yeah I saw the signs too, but still it made for a great cliff hanger.

I wish this wasn't on Cartoon Network, they don't know wth they're doing any more, it'd be nice if it could go to a network that would be more supportive/dedicated to the show.  Not pleased with how they've sent it into hiatus limbo several times, and not discussed picking it up for future season despite being their ratings winner.  Rumors have been flying that Bandai lost the toy license, so maybe if a different company gets the money driving part of the franchise, things will improve across the board.  Here's hoping!

I think Ridley Scott was very honest in his interviews that it isn't meant to be a "prequel" to Alien.  It is, in its own way, but there's space/time between the two (ideally for more movies and exploration to be made).  I enjoyed it because I didn't go into it expecting the ending scene of this movie to link up with the opening scene of Alien, I figured there would be differences b/c if this one does well, then it gives Hollywood an opportunity to cash in more on the franchise.  My satisfaction bar was set pretty low, it just needed to be better than the last two Alien movies, and it was imho.

There were some areas that required suspension of disbelief, but all sci-fi movies are like that, so it didn't bother me.  The only part I really took issue with, was when Noomi Rapace and Charlize Theron were running there at the end.  Common sense would have said run perpendicular to the stupid thing, but again, it was done to reach a desired outcome so while it was irritating to sit thru, afterwards I was like "oh, I get it, ok" and it didn't bother me as much (altho Noomi still could have run perpendicular, but I digress LOL).

Michael Fassbender was absolutely amazing though!  Loved him from the first second!  Also interesting that he's the first of his kind, and already setting the "standard" for behavior for the franchise, which is perfect.  Plus, with the way the movie ends, no one back home is going to know how that panned out (that it/they are a bad idea) and continue to use them, setting that up for Alien.

Overall, I say good, but definitely more theoretical/philosophical than Alien.  A good set up as long as you view it in terms like Star Wars, that there are probably 2-3 more prequel movies before we get to Alien.

lmao Yeah it's pretty scary, all right.  XD  I don't find TCat items a lot, but I have found them here and there, scattered about.  I have an extra snarf pencil topper, a Hachiman, and one or two other little items I intend to sell at some point.  but I never find anything I don't have anymore.

Though...there is a comic shop I go to sometimes that will often have TCat items.  I got the Lair, several figures, the Skycutter and ThunderClaw there.

Is that Krypton Comics?  I haven't gone there much since they moved, not really a fan of their new location, but they always used to have a pretty good action figure selection.

As for the new show OMG LOVE!!!!  I think the only thing I've been disappointed in was how short Liono's trials were, but otherwise its been great.  I can't believe what "you know who" did there at the end, well the entire time really!  It makes me soooooo anxious for another season, but so far no news on that front, which is uber disappointing.

Have you ever met Larry Kenney (voice of 80s Liono)?  He is a RIOT!  Also, in case you might be interested, there's a con for Tcats now...its a joint one with He-man/She-ra.  Link is here: ThunderCon/Power-Con

Hubby and I went last year, and its great!  There are so many guests/talent, and since its still a rather small affair (about the size of MLPFair), you really get to spend time with them and have nice conversations.  It's actually the reason why I'm not going to the MLPFair this year, can only afford to go to one, and hubby and I have more joint interests at this one...he's not so much into ponies LOL!

OMG these are so cute!  My faves are the pink bunny outfits of course, but they're all pretty stinkin cute.
