I had a Wind Whistler when I was a child, and I had never seen a so soft pony before. I thought she was an inauthentic MLP and treated her badly because of that.  (I never intentionally broke her, I just treated her a bit rougher, and played with her much less.) She was one of the first to go when I was downsizing my childhood toys. It wasn't until I came back to MLP as an adult, when I saw there were other so softs. I don't have one now, but if I found another Wind Whistler, do you think she'd accept me as her mummy?  What about you? Have you ever mistaken a real, authentic MLP for a fakie?

I do not collect the Funko ponies, but I signed anyway because I enjoy seeing them. ^_^ If their designs were faltering, why not a poll for who would you buy?

I think the reason everyone is dancing around the subject rather than saying it outright is because it's a bit controversial and inappropriate to say here.. Just google the date 4/20
I have Munchy! I also agree that her colors are lovely! A really pretty pony.
LOL I see. I do understand the connection. But personally, I don't associate wanting to eat lots of food with (you know what), I just love to eat.  And Munchy is just weird for a pony, that's why I like her.

I never looked at a pony and thought, "Gee, this looks like a good storage container!" But well... this thread says otherwise! Why would anyone stuff him up with hair?
I've seen attempts at 'replacement tails' with yarn and things but that just looks like a puff of hair so who knows what they were doing.
What did I find?
A tiny pinecone in perfect condition. (I think in a Glory...)
1. Where do you get a pinecone that small
2. Why do you want to preserve it in your Glory
3. I guess pinecone is immune to rot
Pine cones come in a variety of shapes and sizes. More gross than strange, but I found a huge log of mold in a pony once. The entire tube running through my DnW Baby Cuddles was completely packed with a huge, solid log of black, fuzzy mold. I just yanked the whole tube out with pliers and threw it out in a sealed bag. I don't think I want anything to do with another drink n wet pony ever again after that... 
Eeep! That's terrifying.

*sigh* Yeah. I had a small, established herd of G1s - and about 6 months ago, I sold them due to not having a source of income. Now I miss them. However, at the moment I'm interested in the unique and uncommon (but not rare or expensive) ponies. I'm not interested in say, having the complete set of rainbow ponies, or complete set of big brothers, etc. - but picking designs that stand out and/or have some meaning to me. Does anyone else collect in this way?

I think I'm going to watch this thread. I have a problem though, my guy friend (who is subscribed to AnimeLab, which has a free version with ads) has seen LOTS of anime, and by comparison, I barely know any... It's hard to choose when he's seen a lot of things already, and like to respond to me with, "I dunno, what do you want to watch?" I saw one episode of Assassination Classroom and it didn't really tickle my fancy - but maybe I have to see a bit more. Shiki sounds interesting, and I think I'll put that down as a suggestion for me and my guy friend. To add to your list: Maybe consider some of these classics: Trigun, Cowboy Bebop and Slayers. The latter doesn't have the greatest story though, I find it cute.  Of more recent: King of Bandits, Kyo Kara Maoh, and Fairy Tail - they are quite cute.
