Ok, I admit that I was the one who bought the pony.  I had never bought from her before. The seller shipped quickly and I received her fast. The first thing I did was take her head off. She is indeed a re-hair. So, I messaged the seller through ebay and said that I received an item that wasn't as described. Additionally, I sent pictures of the inside of the heads of a non-rehair Argie Butterscotch that I already had, along with the re-haired one I bought. She claimed that she bought them years ago and doesn't know what a re-hair is. I told her that I wanted a partial refund since re-hairs aren't worth that much. I asked for a $60 refund. She offered $50 refund so I took it. Needless to say, I don't think she would've refunded any if I hadn't put a claim in through ebay. She was not very happy and was not the nicest in our dealings. Lesson learned by me. I think I got lucky to get some money back though.

Yes LadyG, I'm very lucky the seller is so nice. She said she'd send a new one just like the one I bought with a batch of other ponies that I just bought from her!

Yes, it was US Customs. They put tape on the package saying they opened it. ARG!

Thanks everyone. I'm going to try to glue her back together. My husband has some great glue that is used for model airplanes, so I think it will be safe to use on the plastic. Can't hurt to try anyway, I can't damage her any more than she already is! At least all the pieces are there, including her leg. I would be even more devastated if they had also lost pieces of her too!
Pythia, I think I will look into doing a claim with Customs, since we all know that Vennie's aren't cheap! This was my first Vennie too! I was so sad when she arrived like that.
Anyone know if you can claim a damaged item with US Customs for payment? Thanks!

Hi everyone! Thanks for all the responses! As much as I'd like her to be South African, I don't think she is. I'm thinking that she is Mexican. She does not have a "rooted" tail. I pulled her head off and the tail looks original. It has a squeezed together metal washer thing. The mane is original too. I thought of the head swap theory, but the head & body color match so perfect that I'm inclined to think that they belong together. I'll add pictures of the tail. I got this pony a couple of years ago in a lot off ebay. I saw her in the lot & was intrigued, so I bought it. Can anyone tell me about this pony? Twilight, no horn, rainbow hair & no feet markings??? How can I upload pics? I can't figure out how to upload the pictures??? I don't use photobucket. Is there any other way? Pony is pink with small purple stars. Body is normal Twilight pose. Head looks like a Firefly head or something. head & body color match perfect. Ok, so No to the G2 beanies. I do have the Sundance beanie. So I'm trending to believe that there is No closed mouth Glory, but then ginaiam said she had one? Hmmmm. Ok so now I need the 2 Applause plush (Glory & Firefly) with embroidered symbols! Anyone selling either one?
