Pony Corral / Re: Ponies who are rare but overlooked, in your opinion?
« on: November 28, 2016, 06:46:03 PM »
@leaveawhisper

I'm not sure if she actually is? She just so rarely shows up, so she might be? I regularly look specifically for sweetberry ponies and only seen her a few times, maybe 5?, including the one I bought. I see Blueberry Baskets all the time, and Boysenberry Pie seems to be one of the most common of the set.

Last month my mom snagged a sweet deal for me, 30 ponies for 10 bucks. I'm still cleaning them up, but some of the best ones, Fizzy with nearly perfect eyes, one eye you can just barely tell that its missing some of the coating, SS Wind Whistler with pink hair and nearly perfect flocking, a mint Sweet Tooth. A lot of the common ponies also have nearly perfect glitter too.
She tricked me good one that one! She texted me with a photo of Sugarberry and was like, "I found you a pony, would you like it today? I can come drop it off"
And I'm like, yeah sure! I'm excited, just over the one pony, so when she shows up with that big bag. I just about lost my mind!

I don't think she's rare, but for me personally it's Cranberry Muffins. I almost never see her for sale, and when I do, she is quickly snatched up. I'm beginning to think I'll never find her and complete my set.

I'll keep you in mind if I find one! I'm always on the look out for sweetberry ponies!!

I don't think they're all that rare? I could be wrong. But Cranberry Muffins is absolutely stunning!! She's so lovely and had such a dynamic pose and dramatic color combination!!
I see Raspberry Jam often enough (my last one I need, I'm just picky) but I rarely ever see CM. I was lucky enough to find a grubby one, and she cleaned up nice!!

Blueberry Baskets seems to be the most popular sweetberry pony, and don't get me wrong, I love her!
 But
Cranberry Muffins is just
so perfect

For Trade / Re: Trading Art for baits, ribbons etc

I might have a few moondancers around but I don't know what the body quality is, I think the symbols are coming off but I will check

Symbols missing is okay too! I'll be redoing them anyways! I just need them to have a  nice body to make a reverse moondancer with.

Drat, my bait Lemondrop is missing her tail. I'm almost surprised how many people want baits. They're not so bad to pic up. Good luck.
Yeah! I'm surprised!
I've been drastically out bid on a couple bait lots on ebay recently and its like ??? they're baits!!!
Never know with the market

Hello!

I'm looking for a couple baits, I'll take most, but in particular, I'm looking for a Moon Dancer with a good body, but bad hair, and a Lemon Drop with good hair, but poor body. I don't wanna ruin a other wise nice pony! Or heck, if you have a Lemon Drop tail floating around, I'd like to buy it. I just want original pony hair to make a reverse Moondancer with is all.

I'm also looking for g1 ribbons! Especially yellow ones!! And also barrettes and combs for the Sundae Best and Candy Cane ponies!!

And now the art!!!
ATC are worth around 10-15

6x8 are worth around 25-40

Prices depend on complexity. I'll do any generation of pony, ocs, or other characters!
I can even draw the ponies closer to how my icon is drawn if g4-esqe style isn't your thing!
If you want art of a human or anthro character, I can provide examples of what those look like in my style!

Hello!
I'm looking for two set completers!  I've been looking for a nice Raspberry Jam. Some marks are okay, But no hair cuts, bad mismatch or super frizzy hair (snarls I can deal with, but nothing too bad). Swirly Whirly, same requirements as RJ.

I'm willing to pay cash, or trade art!

Pony Corral / Re: Any pony regrets?
« on: November 13, 2016, 11:01:08 AM »
Had just got back into collecting and had passed up a Bright Eyes for 8 bucks because she was really dirty and I didn't believe in myself to fix her up and had no idea how much she was worth u_u

also not getting the non-mane 6 ponies when they first came out because I only really wanted rarity and fluttershy, silly silly me

Pony Corral / Re: Does a moist climate affect ponies?
« on: November 12, 2016, 06:16:22 AM »
Also in more humid environments, if you do a pony spa day, make sure to give them extra time to dry out.
I know its not everyones thing, but I also take the washers out and replace them with zip ties since the moisture taking longer to leave can lead to rust. When I do a full clean, I leave the head off and wait a couple days for the insides to fully dry, sometimes more depending on how the weather is.

Gonna second the magic eraser on that one. Its worked miracles on a lot of my ponies. I bought a rainbow curl ringlets that had bad highlighter "make up" and other markings on her rear. Can't even tell where the make up was and the marker on the rear is barely noticable! And that was green and pink highlighter on a yellow pony!

Pony Corral / Re: do your scented ponies make your room smell?
« on: October 25, 2016, 03:00:08 PM »
My old room was small enough and I had so many ponies, that my entire room just smelled like ponies.
but I have noticed Coco berry tends to be strong? I have two, or three now and they all smell very very strong.
Too bad I haven't found a Boysenberry Pie that still smells. .n.

I don't mind most of em! I don't like really bad body head mismatch, especially if its going to be a set completer that I'm spending a lot of time hunting down.

but most things are fixable, so not much bothers me!

Pony Corral / Re: Sweetberry variations?

There are at least three variations of Boysenberry Pie, HK, China, and China non pat pend :)  all are slightly different shades of purple.

Pony Corral / Sweetberry variations?
« on: October 16, 2016, 04:29:59 AM »
So on my never ending hunt for the last sweetberry pony I need (Raspberry Jam), I found that there is apparently a UK version of her? She doesn't have a forelock!
So I was wondering! Are there any other variations of the other sweetberry ponies? And if so, do you have photos? I'd love to see!! (or even just photos of regular sweetberry ponies, they're the best!)
