I used to think the G4 brushables were ridiculously small compared to G3's and thought that I would never buy them. Well,I quickly changed my mind  You quickly get used to the size and think about it this way - they take up less space on the shelf! I still think they can be played with fine,in fact maybe better in some ways as they are a nicer size for little kids to hold.

Not sure if this counts but... My pony plushies are on my bed and I sometimes sleep with them. A few weeks ago I slept with Fluttershy,woke up that morning to find I was hugging Twilight and Fluttershy was half way across my bedroom floor O_O Like so far I must have literally thrown her across the room in my sleep lol! I just found really weird....
Also (not pony related) random things seem to fall out of my wardrobe in the middle of the night and I swear I often hear the kettle being turned on in the night even though everybody else is asleep.

Thanks guys, think I will wait a while in case she gets reduced(the voucher I got with Flutters was only valid over Christmas) I'll just satisfy myself seeing your photos of her I wasn't aware SB was smaller than Spike, on the build a bear website it says Spike, Sweetie and Scootaloo are all 25cm. Zecora?!?! Oh man,I am really going to need a bigger bed to store all my plushies,the amount I have now is ridiculous enough! I'm thinking of getting Sweetie Belle sometime but is she really worth the money? She's too expensive for my liking,especially considering Spike was £10 and he is the same size (right?). But she's so adorable,and I wanna get her a little outfit....argh Build a Bear stop it

Got a response! The rep asked for names, product codes, and date codes, so I guess I'm going back to the store.
The QC issues I'm talking about have only cropped up fairly recently ime--I'd never seen this many ponies already covered in dirt before they even leave the box. It's ridiculous.
That's a good sign then if they are asking for codes - hopefully they will actually do something about it  if you happen to get pics of any of the sets, could you post them? My Daring Pony set was pretty bad too, Twilight's wing was covered in blue splattered paint on the NDS (came off though) and Rainbow has a piece of ingrained dirt in her leg.

So, after finding no less than FOUR Daring Pony mini sets dirty, misprinted, and covered in globs of paint in the box, I finally got fed up. I sent them a frustrated email--I've got no illusions about the chances of anything changing, but it was cathartic to do at the very least. Will all of you help me? Maybe if all of us send complaints at once, and spread it as much as we can, we can get them to listen!

Me and my friend(well mostly my friend,I just helped lol) wrote a letter to Hasbro UK and US last year about the bad QC, I can't remember what Hasbro UK said (I can't even remember for sure that they responded...) but Hasbro US basically just said "sorry for the issues you had with our my little pony line, we will pass your comments onto the design team" that was literally it so I don't think its a really a concern for them. I really hope you get a better response though, let us know! I agree the qc is getting pretty bad,I know the dirt/paint mishaps can usually be fixed but toys being dirty while MIB isn't really going to help attract new buyers.

Still not happy about Fluttershy's eyes. I hope that early release picture is just a composite.
Doubt it,I think it's a permanent change  I don't like them that much either but I'm starting to adapt to them (still don't like the eyes on Styling Strands Fluttershy,she looks really creepy and startled). I wish they would go back to her old shy eyes though

I dont think its really been mentioned yet, but there was a game which was released on the MLP website (accidently, I presume, as it has now been taken done) which seem to give a little spoiler of what it *might* be.
*POSSIBLE SPOILER WARNING*
A certain villian (I won't say who, but you can probably guess) sucks the colour out of Ponyville.
I guess the mane 6 will return the colour to the town using the rainbow power they have earnt and then get the keys to unlock the box?

Is it a dent in the plastic itself? Its kind of get a full impression from the picture.
Sorry it was very difficult to photograph lol! It's hard to explain,they feel like dents but as they are all the same shape and size, and in the same place on each hoof, maybe it was purposely done on a machine or something. My friend thinks they might be mold reliefs.

I'm so glad I have no shelves above my bed after reading these!  I was in the middle of deboxing my Princess Cadance and Applejack brushables last year in the kitchen,when my phone rang in the other room. After I answered it, I ran back into the kitchen to finish deboxing, but didn't realise my mum had been in and left the cupboard open, so I smacked my head on the cupboard door xD I had a huge tender lump for a few days lol! Edit - I was saying to my mum earlier about how I'm severly lacking shelf space to display my ponies and she suggested another shelf above my bed - no way!!
