Carol is lovely! I was going to cave and get the painted Letitia that DDE had, but then the Spring Toad at Soom came out and I had to have a buddy for Demetrius, so I went with that instead. I'm hoping maybe in a few months a Letitia might pop up on the 2nd hand market?

So, I was going to sell a pair of pretty eyes that unfortunately were too big for my Soom Toad, but my mom took a look at them and is demanding I buy a whole new doll for them. A human verison of my toad; a Toad Prince.
She has this vision of him with hair the colour of my Toad's resin and green ombre hands. My Toad has different eyes, though, I told her, but she came up with the theory that when he's in Toad form, his human spirit shines through his eyes and when he's in HUman form, his Toadiness shines through his eyes, hence why his eyes are different in different forms.
I tried explaining to her that it would have to be an SD to fit the eyes and they are quite expensive and her response was "Well, you better damn well start saving, girl" xD

Well, I love Joell's grin. He's got so much spunk! And Boris is just a hunk, man. MY fave, although I love the two, is Joelle, though. More personality, although....Hervoyel's Boris is making me want to change my mind--what a hunk of a doll! AND he has a small smirk, too! But, maybe that's just my affinity for darker resin poking at me, too, haha. (I only have a few mid-tanned dolls in my collection so far but do I ever want a dark tanned beauty some day--just gotta find the one with the right face for my character!)

What is so odd about her sizing? It says she is a 1/4 doll, meaning she is MSD sized. I took a look at her measurements and compared them to a Luts multibody. The new Mirodoll body would have been considered a slim msd like a minifee, but that is the only difference and the head should fit on most msd bodies, slim or no. The only problem you may have now is rein colour matching. Good luck!

*sighs with relief* There was a big mix up with a paypal process between me and a seller and my Toad has been sitting in non-shipment limbo for almost two weeks now. But, the final payment has FINALLY managed to go through after a very firm call to paypal's support centre because their emails don't help explain anything! So, I'm waiting for a message from the seller and hopefully he'll be shipped off today. He's being sent priority so I'm hoping I get him early next week. It'll be a nice picker-upper from a hellish week I've been having at home, at least.  NoD: Pip is so gorgy!

Emerald Treasure: Kdfs do not generally have magnets set into them unless they come with fanatasy parts themselves, like if they were a limited or soemthing. YOu'll have to add them in yourself. I suggest those strong earth magnets.

Speaking of Fairyland dolls! The new MNF has some GORGEOUS moosey horns that I need to snag in some kind of split somehow. I've budgeted and decided that YES I AM GETTING JUNIA afterall, as well as my Supia Ariel, because I can do both on six month layaways. Thank God for that! And I think I'll replace Junia's huge-butt horns with the MNF's moosey ones and she'll be the older sis to my PKF Luna who has little moosey horns made by our own talented M!ndy.
It's gonna be a tight spring season for the fun-times funds, but it'll be worth it!

I love the Soul kids. Almost caved and bought Junia animal ver. but decided instead to finally put Supia Ariel on layaway starting next week to embody my dearest OC.
I've been waiting to do this for like two years now and don't want to wait any longer. I love Junia, but my OC means so much more to me. I tried telling myself that Junia is limited and I could get the Ariel whenever, but my hours have been cut at work because of the time of year (yay retail!) and I dunno when they'll be increased again so it could be another long while before I get enough money in for this amount to spend on a doll, so I'm choosing Supia Ariel. My Rhina darling is coming home >w<
In other news, I have a Soom Toad who used to belong to and who was blushed by BeachgirlNikita coming to me in the mail this coming week! I bought him some Beetles beast eyes from Kokokokdollcollection on ebay and they're so gorgeous. He'll be named Demitrius! I can't wait for his arrival!

I also love the animal dolls! I wish there was a larger following for them, as they are the BJDs I like most!
I wish more people were into the animals, too! It's hard to find a lot of stuff about them bc they're not super popular.
You mean the fully animal ones, not just the anthro ones? I have an otter, but I don't think she's really an animal BJD in this sense, lol. I would love to get one of the little dachshunds though. I have two weenies of my own and would love to get one for my dolls too.
I've got a weenie, too! I'm dying to get an Elleodolls Dachshund but can't squueze intot he plans at the moment as I've got some big ones coming up (exciting for me oman!)
