My mom and I went pony shopping today. We checked out goodwill, and a thrift store, but no luck there. Then it was off to toys r us to see if they had anything new in. Nope. Two different Wal Marts for blind bags, no luck there, but I did find a Ride Along Shutterfly on clearance for $5.00, so that made me a little happy. They I come home to find two packages waiting for me. 1 was NBT Sniffles, which I had ordered last week. And the other was one of my grails: Mint condition Bunny Hop! I ambeyond thrilled with her, she is a new favorite. So I got bored of seeing my ponies crammed together on a small shelf (plus I was running out of pony room). So I decided to display all my pony items in our spare room: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginAnd these were my July additions: visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I've gotten into the trend of turning my blind bag ponies into keychains. I'm really happy with how they came out. These 3 are for sale if anyone is interested, $7.00 each. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginAnd this is how they come packaged: visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I just want to make sure it looks like it's working, all the buttons and stuff being there. I have like 13 watchers, but no bids yet. Shipping i cheap, and the startig bid is fair I think. I think i've described the ponies best to my ability. Just scratchig my head why no one is bidding yet, so I want to make sure that the bidding button is appearing and erything. Thanks! http://www.ebay.com/itm/320952288008?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1558.l2649#ht_1578wt_80

I just bought 3 blind bags tonight at Wal Mart. They are the shiny blue bag ones that contain either slarkly or metallic ponies. The ponies I got were all the sparkly ones, and they are: Berry Green, Electric Sky, and Twilight Sky. What I'd like to know is if any of these are rare or are they fairly common?

In the next few weeks I'm going to try my hand at rehairing 2 ponies. The ones I am rehairing ar TE Quackers and Rainbow Tickle (both G1).
I went to dollyhair.com and looked at the colors, and I think I have some good matches, but want to run it past you guys first.
For Quackers I have: Bobby Blue Key Lime Old Bubblegum Lemon Drop
For Tickle I have: Atomic Turquoise Electric Banana Peaches and Cream Pink Sugar
Do those seem like good matches?

So I have been cleaning out some rooms in my house lately, and I found my old Strawberry Shortcake dollhouse today. I shouldn't say I found it, because I knew where it was, but I hadn't inspected it in a very long time. So while I was looking to see if all the furniture and everything was in tact, I stumbled upon a Strawberry Shortcake doll! It is Cherry Cuddler (though she no longer has her goose friend). She is in mint condition, just needed her outfit cleaned. I had completely forgot I had her. I was so exited about her because I've been itching for a vintage SS doll for a while now. She makes the perfect companion for my ponies ^_^ visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

I sold an item to someone on etsy last month. I got a tracking number, so I knew when they received them, plus they left positive feedback. Well, this morning I get an email from paypal, saying this same person has now filed a claim against me, saying they never received the item! Luckily I still had the tracking number, so I forwarde that to paypal, along with a link to my feedback page. I'm not to worried about the claim going my way, because I have proof that it was received. What I'd like to know is if I can file some sort of formal complaint against this person for commiting fraud?

My mom and I decided to go pony hunting today. We have a pretty nice second hand store in town, so we stopped by to see if we'd have any luck. Well, $47 later we have 24 G1 ponies, and 1 G3. All the G1's were in zippy bags , so we couldn't get a close look at what we were getting, but we took a chance anyways. What I can tell so far is that only 5 of the G1's are bait ponies, and they are: Bow Tie *head to the side pose* Parasol Drink n Wet Snookums Baby Noddins Tumbleweed
The G3 is a bait pony, but I'm keeping her for my first attempt at a custom (it's pinkie pie btw).
From what I can tell so far is that 9 are in very good condition. Some might even be excellent condition once they've been cleaned a bit. These include: Birthflower Carnation Firefly *regular* Baby Firefly Baby Cotton Candy Christmas Baby Pony Snookums *twin* Twirler Tickle Scoops
Some of the others it's a bit harder to tell, they will really need a good scrub down before I can decide their condition (other than trimmed hair). These include:
Butterscoth *trimmed mane* Sweet Pop Main Sail Quackers Skyflier Glory
And for the last one, that was a real nice surprise. I found Starglow in mint condition. No stains, no rust, no skin defects at all. And her hair is very silky.
So overall I'm pleased with my find. The two I know for sure I'm keeping are Butterscotch and Birthflower. I'm going to look through the others to see if there are any others I want to keep. I'll be selling the bait ponies (exept for pinkie pie).

I have for trade G1 Sea Pony Celebration, Slumber Party Set, Birthday Party Set, and G1 Pony Outfits. The outfits are mostly in very good condition, but some need cleaning. Baby pony sunsuit outfit has 1 broken strap, but it's an easy fix. Some of the outfits are missing some shoes or ribbons. All items that are included are pictured in my album. The slumber party and birthday party sets are almost complete, but no ponies. here is the link to my photobucket trade album: http://s158.photobucket.com/albums/t103/cassie_cameron1985/Trades/What I am after is: G1's so softs, perfume puffs, male ponies, carousels, or any other G1's ( as long as I don't already have them, lol). They don't have to be in perfect condition, just no chew marks, cut hair, or things that can't be repaired. I don't mind cleaning an redoing hair (actually I rather enjoy it). G3 - G4: Any comic con exclusive. Post Merge: July 15, 2012, 10:24:29 PMSea Pony Celecration is spoken for.

I want to do a custom pony for my mom. She has been through so many awful surgeries and health scares this past year, and I think a custom pony would cheer her up. I want to go a German inspired pont because my mom is German. My problem is that I have no clue wherw to start! What types of paint to use, where to buy hair, ect. Any pointers are so appeciated!

My name is Cassie. I'm 27, and sort of new to pony collecting. By sort of, I was a huge mlp fan when I was little. All but one of my ponies are G1's. I had been thinking of selling my collection, but then discovered this site, as well as mlptp and, well, rather than selling I decided to keep mine and to start adding as well. It'll be awsome to meet other collectors!
