Pony Corral / UK Ponycon Past Dates?

Hi everypony!


I'm updating my inventory and trying to find the dates that the past Ponycon's were held on, so I can add the dates of the ponies I bought. Can anyone remember?


I have the 2005 date (12/11/05) but not the others, can anyone help? It's just the main day I'm looking for rather than member's days.

Hi everyone


I started a new thread about this to attract attention to it, rather than posting in this thread [size=78%]http://mlparena.com/mlp/index.php/topic,289104.0.html[/size] about it because I need your opinions.


What would you pay for her?


She's arrived. She's definitely had a head swap.... but she's cute!


For the right price I would keep her but I wanted to get an idea of what you all thought is a fair price for her, and also bearing in mind her NDS pen marks and symbol rub, so that I can pitch this to the seller.


I either want to return her for a full refund or preferably come to an agreement with him of a lower price so I thought I'd consult the experts ;) I've advised him that the collector community is aware of her so the price I offer is likely to be the price he would get for her if he relisted. This way it would save messing around if he refunded the difference.

Hi! I've lost a lot of my pony info lately when my flash drive died :( I've managed to rebuild a lot of it but I can't quite remember which of the Italian Rainbow ponies have been discovered with the dark red/majenta streak!
 
Please would you help me out with a list, and hopefully some piccies to cheer me up too as I've been a bit stressed lately!

Pony Corral / A Pretty Huge Undertaking!

Since my thread about pony insurance ( http://mlparena.com/mlp/index.php/topic,288818.0.html ) I've taken on a bit of a project. It was sort of already in place to a degree but it just expanded :P I have an inventory of all my ponies with prices paid and an ongoing photo project but I just decided that I'm going to be keeping receipts for ponies in future, something I haven't done til now. But the anally retentive side of me needs to go through my PayPal account and print of information for all my pony purchases! And I found out that it goes RIGHT BACK to when I first started collecting! I wouldn't have though PayPal would have kept the info that long but apparently they do! So I'm going to store copies of them and make sure my prices are accurate on my inventory as some were estimates where I'd forgotten exactly what I'd paid for a pony. As well as this I'm behind with my photo inventory so I need to get that up to date, which means... dum dum duuuuum! GROOMING! Gah! I'm so behind with grooming lol! :P I also need to find out pony values which aren't necessarily what I paid for them!


So yeah, just though I'd share my insanity. I think I'm slightly OCD! :P Anyone else feel the need to document things in this way?

Well I'm the idiot who bought her! I didn't see the thread til today and I didn't notice anything wrong with the pony (aside from the marks and symbol-fade which I was ok with) but it's so obvious now that I've seen that thread!


I'm absolutely kicking myself! I only paid yesterday though and the seller hasn't marked her as despatched or provided any tracking info. It's a shop as well so it might not even be open at the weekend so fingers crossed they haven't done anything with her yet.

I've emailed the seller and politely told them what's going on and that I would like my money back.


I just needed to tell someone here, I'm so upset. Joe was going to buy her for me for my birthday, she's my grail, and now I've found this out. I'm gutted. And so stupid!


I know what I need to do, await the seller's response and take it from there re potential claims with paypal, I just needed support in the form of hugs and good luck please if you don't mind. :(

I'm going to keep this brief as I just typed it all out and then lost what I'd written!
 
Has anyone else bought from diaphonealoe on ebay and had problems?
 
I bought a Taobao variant who didn't arrive after 30 days so contacted her. She was polite and advised the date sent and then emailed me a few days later to ask if she'd arrived. I advised not and that I was growing concerned. She said she'd send another one and had done this before receiving my request for a refund instead of another pony, as in the meantime she'd received negative feedback for situations similar to mine.
 
Now my PayPal deadline is here so I've filed a dispute to which she replied implying I was lieing. This given the negative feedback lead me to escalate the dispute to a claim.
 
She then sent the following messgae:
 
"URGENT PLEASE READ:
Due to not being able to pay ebay fees because of
the case, I'm requesting that you cancel it. Princess Celestia has been
sent out but I am unable to provide tracking overseas. This brings up
another issue, since this case is being held over international waters,
it's very nervous. If the case is closed and you do not receive your item
in 3 to 4 weeks, you can happily open it up again. However because this
case is open I'm unable to pay fees, bills, and other things as well. I
REALLY would appreciate it if you would wait. I understand because I myself
have ordered things international and they take quite some time. PLEASE
bare with me and be patient."
 
My response to this:
 
"I am sorry for your situation but you also have responsibilities as a seller which need to be met. If I close the case I cannot reopen it in 3 weeks because PayPal has deadlines and that deadline is in the next couple of days so that would leave me without buyer protection.
In the case of items lost in the post then you need to claim the money back from your post office. It is unfair to ask your buyers to do what you are asking. I have already waited more than a reasonable length of time for the ponies to arrive.
While ever I sympathise with your situation I cannot close the case and lose the protection I currently have through PayPal for this large sum if money that currently I have nothing to show for."
 
She now appears to be trying to guilt me into cancelling my claim and I would be left without buyer protection if I did what she said.
 
If the pony arrives and she's refunded me I will repay her, I'm not out to rob her, I just want my money back for goods I haven't received.
 
I just wondered if anyone else had any similar experiences, or indeed any good experiences to ease my mind about the whereabouts of this pony?
